The worst lidl store I've ever visited across the country. Impossible to use for purchasing 1 or just a few items. 5 checkouts, 2 open, 3 wasted doing nothing. Why isn't there a 3rd checkout open for people with minimal items? Or even a rapid self serve checkout for people with few or single items? When a 3rd till did eventually open i was at the front of my queue. People queueing behind me and from the other queues swomped the till and were almost fighting to get there first and they began unloading their trolleys. No respect for basic rules of a queueing system and no organisation from the store members. I had to bypass most of these people and have a row with them to regain my righful place at the till. I had 1 item and the correct money in my hand. It took 15 mins from the start of queuing to actually leaving the store. Queues filling up the aisles causing congestion for shoppers and obviously no social distancing what so ever, not that it's possible to social distance in a store that small. Also no regulating the amount of customers entering the store. Overall appauling and an embarressment to the lidl company. Definitely NOT a store to be used in such dangerous times. The infection rate inside this store must be massive! It should be regulated responsibly and expanded dramatically.

What's not to like about Lidl? The staff are friendly, the stores are well stocked and the cheese is good quality at great prices. Avoid the fresh vegetables - they're hardly ever fresh and any branded items - they're always cheaper in Sainsbury's - but otherwise, Lidl rocks! This one doesn't have a very big middle so only 4 stars but otherwise I'd give them 5. Way better than Tesco and Sainsbury's.

What you would expect fro. A Lidl. Good value. Rough round the edges. Produce varies in quality. Staff there are very friendly not afraid to be themselves.

First time there not bad stuff very cheap went due to a 10 pounds off voucher in a national newspaper came in handy for Christmas may go again in the new year 2021?
