Getting busy for Christmas by the shopping. It would be great if you could have an isle for: say 10 items or less! ?
Really good changes to the instore lay out, fantastic new fridges, still a couple of little things to sort out i.e. Middle Isle offers nearly always messy due as much to customers as to display baskets
Impressed with returns policy. Had to return an item that wasn't suitable. The lady on the cash desk was very pleasant and refunded the item straight away and gave us a returns receipt and when to expect to see the refund back in our account. Lovely customer service.
Poorly staffed. Not enough fresh produce on the shelves at the moment. Staff are lovely and helpful doing their best. Shop is not as clean and tidy as it used to be. The shop cannot keep up with the demand. No limes, no cauliflower today.
