Bought some work boots and the fell apart after wearing them four time, sent an email with pictures to customer service and still no reply. Been a customer for over eight years and wouldn’t shop there again. Haven’t felt Covid safe either, very poor management of the process not like you sister company Aldi or Tesco’s

Great store, weekend specials are always great and the bakery is amazing
Queue checkout management is good, the bakery section is excellent and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Great choice of mainstream foods, but not such a wide a choice as say Tesco. Its true what they say about the centre aisle....you can end up buying stuff you didn't know existed. Overall a great place to shop.
Spacious well laid out store. Plenty of stock. Went with elderly one and the customer service for her was wonderful. Even got a chair for her to sit on while I went thru check out! And replaced 2 squashed items for me too. Absolutely first class service by young man. Apparently had worked for the posh outlet place locally. Well they lost someone who knows what real customer service is.
Clean tidy ,not busy either all shelves stocked
