I would like to thank the Store Manager and Staff at Lidl, Christchurch for helping me when I was having issues in the queue to access my Lidl app. I was worried about holding the queue up but they showed great calm and patience. Excellent customer service. This is one of the reasons why I shop at Lidl. Well done and thank you.

All fresh, lovely older staff.
First time been in lidl for a very long time. Nobody at door ,so people just walked in. I was the only person to clean my trolly and gel hands when I went in. Far too many people reaching over and going wrong way down aisles. No social distancing at all. Shelf stacker had no mask on. Shall not be returning. Felt unsafe
Good selection of goods but check out slow need a basket only till
Love how big it is, there is a wide selection to be brought. Absolutely loving the new app but more coupons would be better. My favourite is always the two aisles full of bargains like a coffee machine, Harry Potter merchandise and so forth.
