Great store very reasonably prices..
Purchased an item that did not work, unfortunately due to covid I had left the receipt, on trying to return the item 1 day later, was told to contact customer service, did so provided Ian number and item number to match and prove the sale. Was told Ile write letter no problem, then asked why delay after 10 days, said they'd sent it, then what is your address so we can send again, one month later still trying, but now no response, please read this and maybe rethink buying any electrical goods.
Lidl Pentre was terrible today. Unsafe due to overcrowding, mainly near checkouts with few open. Customer indiscipline mainly to blame. Understaffing of tills another issue. Welsh government need to tighten up on supermarkets if lockdown is to work.
