his is a complaint about \LIDL Plus\ - a store discount facility that is only accessible via smartphones. What about loyal customers like me who do not own smartphones? I have complained to LIDL customer services but to no avail. It is a blatant and careless form of discrimination and it is the reason that my review star score is just two. Was this matter even considered when LIDL were planning the introduction of \LIDL Plus\?
