Dear Sir or Madam, You would have received 5 stars, bar one very important concern during this pandemic. A few months ago, shortly after you opened I politely asked a security team member to wear his mask correctly and not as a chin strap. I received a mouthful of abuse from both him and the customer he was talking to. Well today, 28 Jan 21, with over 100,000 people in this Country dying from Covid this same security member is still walking around the store wearing his mask as a chin strap. I understand he has been spoken to about this and I did ask a member of staff to pass on my concerns to management. I was not prepared to receive the same level of abuse by approaching him myself from the outcome of my previous encounter with him. I am sure if he was caught stealing then management would have no concerns about sacking him. But the health, well being and setting an example that you are a safe shop to go to, nah, not interested. Absolutely heaving with people, no admission control. Won't go on a Sunday again. But everything else was typical LIDL which I like.
I love Lidl..no fuss, lovely staff, good trolleys and great products!
