I’ve been a member around 6 weeks now, I have noticed a real difference in my body shape and mental well being. I planned to go 3 times a week, however word of warning - it’s addictive! I now go 5 mornings a week. I love the variety and flexibility of classes. This gym fits around my life; I don’t fit around it. The staff without exception are welcoming, relentless and warm. I never feel intimidated or embarrassed if I don’t get the boxing moves. Great coffee too. Highly recommended.

Amazing place. Love the workouts, lost a bunch of weight and have learned some great boxing technical skills. Food and drink is great too. Staff are brilliant and all the members are friendly.
Great instructors, superb facilities and classes throughout the day so you can go when suits you best. If you’re looking to get fit then I’d highly recommend!
Absolutely awesome place. First session and cannot wait for the next. Trainer was fantastic, staff so friendly and great set up!! Cannot wait to do some more classes.
Great place to train with unique and fun classes. Nathan really pushes you to work harder than otherwise.
