Great fisheries. Honesty box system for entering so make sure you have the exact amount. Good lakes with interesting shapes and features, plenty of nice size fishes, mainly carp with the odd roach and barbel. Not a great fisherman but still caught 17 fishes and a few big ones in a day.

Went to this place for the 1st time sunday.Me and my mate fished alders pool which all the pools are clearly marked.we had a great days fishing between us even though he beat me :( The bailiff was very friendly and nice clean toilet facilities to use also.Im no expert at fishing but found other people in the pools were more then willing to give advice which was helpful and appreciated.You can park your car near the pools so no major walking to be done . Will definitely be returning soon!

Good days fishing over 20 carp and a few silver fish fishing really well recently. 9pm closing is better than many aswell.

First time here for me and my lads first ever fishing trip. Nice clean tidy pools, busy but still quiet. Plenty of fish, lots of carp and some lovely roach. My lads hooked. Will be back again!
