I got some tyres online to be fitted in Formula One Autocentre but ended up going to the wrong branch on the the of my appointment. When I eventually made my way to the right branch which was quite a distance from me I was about an hour and a half late. The guys at this branch were splendid. I explained what had happened and they went on to attend to me straightaway. They sanitised my car afterwards before handing over my keys back. I'm happy with the good job they did and they were quick with the fitting. I highly recommend them

Had a service at the Cannock branch and then MOT at the Lichfield branch. On both occasions the customer service and communication couldn't be faulted. Also the costs for both were cheaper when compared to other companies whilst still maintaining the excellent service all round, so very happy and will use again.
