The older lady standing at the door towards close is super rude and unprofessional, so much so that I had to ask her if she even worked there...lol The only words that came out of her mouth were how many minutes I had. They do not understand how to greet people and to make them feel welcomed. Yes Paige that goes for you as well. Wasn't totally upset that you wouldn't take my birth certificate for the federal license because it was a little rough but just your inability to be patient and welcoming. Talking so fast that I can't even understand you. You all must understand every now and then you will have to stay over a little bit because some people myself included have to leave work early just to make it during normal hours of operation. Not impressed at all for a state run facility. I will be back so hopefully I will see a bit of difference. Best regards, Jacob

I went to my local license bureau in Norwalk Ohio today and had a good time. I had a little weight but it wasn't too bad considering what we are all going through. The young lady that took care of me was such a delight. I didn't get her name but she should be commended for her ability to work quickly and get the job done right. Thank you so much.
The employees were all very nice except not one of them know how to wear a mask. They kept them below their nose and VERY OFTEN pulled them down to talk. I Felt very uncomfortable in that situation. All the customers get Five stars for their use of correct mask usage though!
I am active duty military and my wife and I were recently home on leave. Our drivers licenses were expired and we needed to re-new. Our last opportunity fell to 15 minutes before closing. They were super helpful and got us in and out in less than 15 minutes and didn't fuss about us being in so close to closing time. Big shout out to Paige for helping us with quick, efficient, and incredibly kind service!! Thank you!!
