my family have been with Library House for the last 15 years after being at other surgeries. we've never had a problem, the staff have always been friendly, helpful and quick to refer to specialists if necessary. we've always managed to get emergency, on the day appointments. telephone waiting times can be ages but i'm sure this is the same everywhere. i would recommend this surgery.

Worst practice iv ever been too. Reception staff are very unhelpful and sometimes rude, most doctors dont seem to take my issues seriously and i have had problems with prescriptions and messages not being forwarded to the doctor or even noted down, phone service is aweful and will often not go through, its a complete mess and complete lack of any electronic or online booking system can make trying to speak to someone a nightmare. Avoid this practice at all if you can. I have found it to be a thoroughly unprofessional gp practice. And it is known in by other local medical places, as i have even had paramedics and nurses from elsewhere who have heard that library house has alot of problems. One paramedic even once rolled their eyes and said 'yeah wev heard of that place' The only doctor id recommend here is dr yates. Otherwise find another practice as i am probably going to be doing soon. Also will add that this point the issues i have with them is bordering on medical negligence. If id of taken the recent prescription they gave me without the other part of the medication, which they have 'forgotten' to send over it could of caused me major issues, and on the pgone they were very very unhelpful almost making out like its my fault. I had already called them to tell them over a week ago and nothing has been noted down at all. So i cant even take my medication. This practice needs closing and a complete staff retrain. I have had nothing but issues since day one.

Its a disgrace when doctors and nurses work soo hard this place give a struggeling sector a real kick in the face. The reception team and doctors are soo unprofessional patronising rude and unpleasant. If they are soo stressed and angry they should find different job. I think it wants closing down it would be no loss to the community at all they wont miss the passive agression and gaslighting bs they give people. Men dont go to the doctors much unless they need to, so when they do you expect to be listened to. the doctor rolling his eyes at me in distain proved he was real rude wonky toy...shouting at me like a child is well ooo, respect is earned...it should not be assumed if you act badly
