Basic yet good enough. This is not a very busy train station like Saint Michel. Many tourist ride an uber from Saint-Émilion to this station when going back to Bordeaux main town. There is a Casino store for some quick travel needs. Charging station is available as well. Wifi working sometimes but not all the time.

It's a nice little Gare with a little Casino Shop and a couple of vending machines. Also has free wifi which is useful. Not a lot of seating though and a little cold inside but ça va.
Staff are friendly and many speak English. Could do with a lick of paint
Une gare SNCF ... avec des trains et un petit super marché bien pratique. Bon, le parking gratuit complètement à l’opposé de la gare accessible par une passerelle n’est pas pratique du tout. Un souterrain serait bien mieux
Gare plutôt accueillante même si l'accès au handicapés manque cruellement
Les horaires du guichet ne sont pas affichés et les bornes sont toujours aussi nulles quant à fournir les renseignements nécessaires. Comme partout en France maintenant d ailleurs. C est chiant et c est la principale raison pour moi d éviter le train. Avec les tarifs outranciers naturellement.
