My wife and I were really excited to try Liberty Market. The wait staff are decent, the restaurant was clean and inviting. My wife ordered a chicken burger with pesto pasta and a side salad. She said it was good. I ordered the Green Chile w/Jack Cheese burger (their weekly special). The Burger was above average. I opted to upgrade from chips to tots for and extra 3 (burger was 17 3 for tots). Tots were cold and there were only 14 of them? A little disappointing for a 20 burger meal.

Love this restaurant! So many options for a large family with a lot of different tastes. Delicious bean burgers! Any dessert you choose is likely to be fantastic as well.
There were 9 of us after a play in downtown Gilbert and we were seated together in a group within 10 minutes!! The server was polite and gave us separate checks. The food was delicious and served quickly even though it was pretty busy on a Saturday evening!! Everyone really liked the food but one thing really bothered me. It was the restroom situation. You entered the UNISEX room and the stalls were marked with a large M&W w/airlines type marking for occupied or vacant. And you can wait alongside your mate or date then stand side by side at the trough sink to wash up. Sorry this does not work for me no matter how good the food was. Contrary to popular belief, ladies rooms are NOT always the messy bathrooms!!!
The food was good, but they didn’t seem to have enough waiters for a Saturday night. Our waiter was the only one we saw. Our table was visited more often by the busboy than the waiter. On the plus side, they have very yummy dessert! Carrot cake was great.
