We each had the three bone plate, ribs and two sides. The ribs were very tender and came easily off the bone. Nice smoke flavor. My husband really liked the rib rub, I didn’t particularly care for it. The macaroni and cheese was very good, the macaroni wasn’t overcooked. Perfectly cooked pasta and Cheesy good. I would recommend the Mac and cheese. The cheesy corn was good if you like a little heat, it was spicy and cheesy. The Cole slaw is vinegar based, although we like a creamy Cole slaw we did like this. The beans had good flavor, nice size meat chunks. The only suggestion I would say is everything could have been a little bit warmer - temperature wise. I would not order the ribs again although my husband would.

Went Friday evening, had pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, slaw, and banana pudding. Cost 20 bucks. My first time here. Slaw is tart and spicy so it's a preference, not mine. Decent food, staff friendly, pudding would not recommend. I would say average.
If I had a dime for every time I went to jousting pigs and loved my experience, I’d be a millionaire. Their specials and regular menu items are phenomenal. In particular the wings, the WASP burger, and the pork belly burnt ends are out of this world good. 3Halves brewery inside makes for a perfect pairing with the top of the line BBQ. Great food, great beers, and even better service. Highly recommend.
We have tried several bbq places since moved here in Nov. None have met expectations until Jousting Pigs. This was what I was looking to have. Brisket and pulled pork are juicy and tender. Nothing fancy with seasoning and the sauce is fantastic and complements the meat. Some of the best fries ever. Not sure what seasoning is used but it is a sweet pepper. The location is awesome near the downtown square in Liberty. 3 Halves Beer is good too. Highly recommend stopping by for some good food amd drink!
