A fantastic gym, I've been going 5 times a week for two months now and I've always felt welcome an comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is positive. I highly recommend trying some of the spa facilities such as the sauna

A gym. A sauna, jacuzzi n steam room And my membership includes the huge pool and a great variation of classes. The staff are great and the opening times are ideal. Always clean and if the equipment needs attention they’re on it straight away. Considering this is a charity they do an outstanding job. Don’t know what I’d do without my morning steam after my bicycle ride to work. Bliss. Oh...and why not book in for a massage off their in-house therapist Sara....she’s ace.
