Recently bought a second hand car from L G Motors. The help and service I received from these gentlemen was fantastic. They also helped with a car transfer with my son and they went out of their way to do everything they could to help us both. Previously they had helped at short notice with some emergency repairs for my son’s car for which he was so grateful. Excellent, friendly service. Thank you! Jane

Previously we have always used the manufacturer's main dealers for our car service & MOT but really wanted to find a more local solution this year. We were a bit nervous & expected to have to call around a bit, however, our first call was to LG Motors who were so pleasant, accommodating and efficient over the phone, plus the price was so much cheaper than the main dealers, we decided to look no further. It transpired that we made a wise decision because the service we received was absolutely first class, with no 'extras' added on.:) So, we can heartily recommend LG Motors and will certainly be going back to them next year.

Expensive, unreliable, poor communication! My car windwipers were broken, the gentleman told me to leave the car at the front and his mechanic would take a look. we Agreed that I’d be contacted regarding a quote for the repair before they went ahead to fix it, I obviously intended to decide on whether or not to go ahead with the procedure depending on the price. When i got the call they’d already repaired it without offering a quote first. The assembly linkage had dropped off so they refitted this back on meaning it’s only a temporary repair. I was charged 77 pounds for that (w/out my consent). Absolute rip-off! Should have just watched a youtube video and done it myself. I told them I was disappointed that they didn’t call me to inform me of the price as we’d agreed, but he didnt seem to acknowledge where I was coming from and no apology was made. Got the same service from a different mechanic in Swaffham and he charged 30 for the same thing.
