The place is apparently old, but I found the overall design of the place spectacular. Simple but simply amazing. The architect or designer simply used paint, but the result was a brilliant work of art. The ingenious way that even the light fixtures were designed was very artistic. And the courteousness and friendliness of the people working in the retail shops really spoke well of the people of this province. For all the flaws of my people, it truly warms the heart when we see sparks of light that shines hope to my benighted land.

Very good and very strict the're following protocol
We love Robinson's north Tacloban. We have a look in all the stores and have our lunch there. Face masks and code required to enter. Hand washing available at most stores including limited entry numbers. Just the place to brouse while we wait for our car to be serviced.
Entering Robinson North Tacloban you must have QR code ..the app name is SAFETY TACLOBAN.. just download it. North Tacloban has ATM machine.. (BDO, Security Bank and BPI) at the ground floor .You can also find DFA here located at 3rd floor. Mang Inasal,Mcdo,Jollibee is in 1st floor.

I am writing a letter to raise my concern and complaint against Robinson North Tacloban, Robinsons Appliances, poor customer service. I observe that they are not fully aware of the products they are selling and offered us the wrong item (Sharp Smart TV - 2T-C45AE1X) without demonstration because of the reason that they also have a poor internet connection. They did not enterntained us well when we get back the next morning and didn't helped us a good solution and a quality service. The staff made us wait for hours without giving us the assurance on how to solve the problem and they reasoned out that they have a lot of customers, well infact I am a customer too. They won't even let us talk to their manager. All i want is to talk to the manager. I am very disappointed of my recent experience. I will wait for your immediate response regardingg this matter and help each other to solve the problem without causing more hassle on both parties. Thank you and God bless.
