Although intially having to wait several months for the arrival of the weighted keyboard due to COVID19, and it not arriving quiet right. The manager Martin did an amazing job to make sure that everything was rectified. Thank you Martin, what an asset to your team at Rimmers!!!

Looked at a guitar online but not in stock, so left my email address for when it came back in stock, 2 days later they emailed back to say they had one in, I ordered one on the 26th of June and it was delivered on the 1st of July, no complaints from me , very happy.

Having never been in before the range of items was a shock, however the customer service was excellent and very helpful, could play an instrument I wished before purchase, was also advised on different types of strings. Was a fully enjoyable experience.

Company is unaware of their stock levels and displays false information on their website. Website claims ext day delivery\ on all products irrelevant of actual item availability. Staff lack common sense and have a poor understanding of customer service. I received an email the day after I placed my order that informed me that my order would be delivered to me \in the next 7 days\. For such an unreasonable delay, I would have expected a phone call out of simple courtesy. When I called customer service to explain this was not acceptable - never mind outright deceitful - they finally honored their commitment to provide my order on the original delivery date specified. Too bad what they actually sent me was the free gift that I didn't care about! Another call to Rimmers customer service (taking time out of my busy work day), left me infuriated to hear that the guitar I was promised still would not be delivered for another day. I demanded a refund and went to Dawson's who provided the guitar at the same price with much better customer service. Will not be wasting my money or time again with Rimmers. Rimmers did provide an immediate refund at my request.
