Absolutely awful company I can not stress enough how bad. We have been waiting over 2 years for a rendering failure to be fixed under warranty. We are frustrated by the lack of customer support post installation and the blatant disregard for sorting out an issue caused by faulty inferior k-rend materials. They have admitted it is their responsibility but have done absolutely nothing to fix it. We have no option but to escalate to the ombudsman. Avoid this company they are cowboys....

After 5 weeks we are still waiting for around the window to be plastered. We have made numerous phone calls almost on a daily basis. I have also emailed the installation manager with no joy . It is as though as a customer you do not count . We have dealt with this company before 2years ago and we were happy with the job they did henceforth the reason we chose them again . It is apparent that clearview have since gone downhill and I will not recommend them to anyone. The plasterer was supposed to come today hasn't arrived once again my husband has rang we are now waiting for the installation manager to ring us back . To be fair the rating would be higher, however, we have had an annoying small leak on the join between the conservatory and the house. They have dealt with this professionally and hopefully now it's fixed.

Disgraceful! They don't even deserve 1 star. It started with the incompetent sales man who couldn't tell the difference between double and triple glazing, he replaced triple with double and effectively devalued our property and increased the traffic noise to our master bedroom. Next the installation team who fitted the window did so back to front, we had to wait 6 weeks to have this corrected. I received an abusive phone call from a sales man after i wrote a complaint, was left in tears and have never had a written repose to my complaint. The customer service team have ignored all emails and phone calls for 3 months; conveniently nobody is in the office that can deal with my call. Please please please do not waste your time or money - we have suffered months of stress, upset and are left with a bedroom we can't sleep in, a faulty window and one way communication in the form of them sending us invoices.
