Fantastic place, stocks almost everything and is fantastic on price. The staff always very friendly and try to help the best they can. It’s nice to know as a novice DIYer (and a woman) you can ask for advice without being patronised.

I have my own landscaping business and use Berrys a lot. Great place
With covid restrictions you'll need to ring up to book a timeslot. The main entrance is no longer open, instead you need to access the site from a side road. Instructions are on the main gate, use 2nd left. On arrival your car number plate is checked to make sure you have a slot before you're allowed on site. Car arrivals are staggered. A one way system is in operation through the site and access controlled to the main office shop to make sure not too many people are allowed in at once. It's like a smoothly run military operation with just a little waiting for your turn to access the site. I was also asked for my purchase receipt to be checked on leaving the site presumably to make sure only genuine paying customers and not casual shoppers visited the site. From the view point of buying here, there is lots of choice, with a huge site split into different categories eg wood, plumbing and electricals, fencing, roofing and windows and doors etc with on site sign posting to help to you find your way around.. Lots of trade use Berry's and prices are competitive. Staff are also helpful if you are unsure what you need. My go to place for DIY products and materials. Website could be more user friendly.
The guys in the timber shed were so helpful. I got just what I needed to do the job .they cut the timber to fit my car for transporting .best customer service.
Always very helpful and courteous. They have a fantastic selection and always have someone that knows what they're talking about! Keep up the great work!
