Outstanding service from Alec. He managed to order a waterproof within a couple of days of our enquiry in the size and colour requested. He had excellent product knowledge and spent a good deal of time answering all our questions. He did us a very good deal - will definitely be using this great independent shop again. Alec's covid safety inspired confidence - well done!

Probably the rudest person we have come across since shops have opened up after lockdown. Were keen to buy a jacket but why spend that sort of money with a man who is sarcastic and suggests we might touch his stock. What a shame as the stock seemed very good.
Beautiful range of walking gear , however the service was another matter. Extremely rude manner ,go to the shop next door very friend Hi Alec, thank you for your reply.Appoligie excepted and will definitely call in on our next visit to Leyburn . Regards Anthony
