One of North Yorkshire's most iconic bar and restaurant destinations......The Friars Head is a beautiful venue in a truly stunning location. Positioned amongst the rolling countryside of lower Wensleydale, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and will most definitely return and recommend to our friends. Thank you
Had a beautiful meal with my family, atmosphere was lovely and the staff were amazing,,, it was Halloween and both boys were dressed up and staff gave them sweets.... which was so kind.
The location is lovely. And they have done an amazing job at making the place look high class and closy. Real fire nice bar. Great seating area. Food was really very good. We were cheeky and had the tapas a starter which I think was way better value for money! The mains were well present and also tasted great. Service was ok (only thing it loses a star for) and as they were empty was quick. I would recommend a visit!
Lovely pub and even lovelier staff and dog friendly really enjoyed our visit my only regret is it's not somewhere you can stay overnight we would love to stay over
