When my horse arrived to Brisbane he was happy and healthy, so that of course is my main concern. Unfortunately, my positive comments stop there. The communication with the driver was terrible. The driver arrived a day late meaning I had to change my days off work. Despite this I had no idea when my horse would arrive until less than 12 hours before. The driver said this was my fault because he didn't have my number which is absolutely false. I was told the driver would phone when he was half an hour away, but he didn't. Instead he phoned when he was 2 minutes away. He was an hour early, and then demanded I arrive straight away because he "didn't have time to wait." He then was extremely rude. Would not recommend Darling Downs Horse Transport because of the rude customer service.

We have used Darling Downs Transport numerous times to transport horses and we have always had good communication from the driver and received the horses in good condition. Very happy!
