This I am told used to be a plain old fishing lake but due to American style lake house redevelopment close by it has become slightly more than that. A lovely area to walk with several lakes to circuit around. Very popular with bike riders , strollers and runners.Watersports including paddle boards and lake swimming available think you would need to book. Into birds lots to look at swans,ducks all the usual suspects.Food van onsite and toilets also there is a picnic area. Carpark currently 1:20 for 4 hours.

Great place to go for a run, get there early as lots of dog walkers and young family’s use the tracks. Lots of routes to take. Lots of parking all round great park for running.
Walks of different lengths around the lakes, peaceful and relaxing. Usually a refreshment can on site. Plenty of wild fowl to watch.
Beautiful lakes with pathways to explore. The circular walk is perfect for kids and takes c. 45 mins. Large car park and a cafe is close to the car park too.
