On 15th Oct.2020, went to Lexus Sheffield to pick up our brand new RX450h. It was Karen Hunsley whom served us from start to end including on the day we picked our car. She even sent us off when we drove the car away. Extremely satisfied with her services and the purchase. We love their service team esp Gary and Tres. Also need to mention Natalie whom take care of us while waiting at the lounge. Fantastic place to go there to browse and buy a car

Lexus Sheffield dealership does not deserve even one star. They are just a money making scheme and don’t do a proper job. I bought a Lexus is300h last year in November and at the time car was doing 42mpg. I went to Lexus Sheffield in February 2020 for a service as my car had dropped from 42mpg to 35mpg. I was charged 349.96 for the service, I was told hybrid system will be checked for free which usually cost 60. but hybrid system was not checked and soon after the service message appeared on the dash board showing cooling-performance-of-the-hybrid-battery-is-low-consult-a-dealer. Meaning the hybrid system had not been checked. I phoned the dealership and spoke to Gary and was told to book a appointment for a diagnostic at a cost of 90. It’s a joke considering I had already paid 349.96 and was told that a diagnostic had been done. All I had to do was check few YouTube videos. It was very simple and easy just needed to clean battery fan and filter which took me just half hour and that’s it. I was fixed. So won’t recommend this dealership.

Dropped car off for a service and was told it would be at least 3hours before it was done. I returned after receiving a call telling me the car was ready for collection. On arrival I was told to take a seat and someone would be with me within a couple of minutes. Whilst waiting 3 other customers came in to collect their vehicles and were instantly handed their keys. 45minutes later I went to ask what the hold up was. I was simply told \I didn't know you were sat there\ This then made me late to collect my daughter from school by 30minutes Poor customer service which has made me think twice about getting another Lexus
