I had a problem with my Lexus Link App and I wanted to have Apple CarPlay installed in my vehicle, a UX 250h Premium Pack Plus. I was given a courtesy car, the work was completed on schedule the same day, to a high standard, and I had the use of Apple CarPlay in the loan car so I knew how to use it when I fetched mine in the afternoon. Top marks for efficiency and service. I was treated as a valuable customer, with an offer to have my car valeted while they had it. I appreciated this as other valet services aren’t operating in lockdown!

Excellent service from Ben at Hedge End, personal and humorous despite the restrictions of lockdown. All at Hedge End are courteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, Ben has kept us informed about our purchase every step( mile? ) of the way and we continue to be impressed by Lexus. I initially saw my new Lexus on your website, and after sending a message on a Sunday evening I was promptly contacted by Ben. He dealt with my part exchange and offered a first class service from a distance during current lockdown. He presented a detailed video of the car that I was interested in, and communicated well throughout the week. He ensured that I was happy with the vehicle I was purchasing and with the negotiation before commencing to deliver the vehicle to my home address. The vehicle was delivered as promised in a controlled social distancing manner and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had purchasing a car from a dealership.
I have recently purchased a Lexus from this centre which I have been dealing with Ben from the start. We've been dealing with Dominic Baxter and from the very first contact he's been nothing but helpful and efficient, quickly establishing a strong rapport. I had tried a few Lexus dealers in our search and whilst a several were helpful, Dominic took the time to understand what we were looking for precisely and really went the extra mile to ensure our requirements were met. He provided clear and quick answers and his knowledge of the vehicle was fantastic. He also dedicated a lot of his time to us which we really appreciate. Even after we found alternative CT's to purchase, we chose to travel the 150 miles to Hedge End solely due to his engagement with us. \People buy from people\ is ever a true statement. No pushy sales techniques. No ticking boxes. He just listened to our needs and reacted accordingly throughout the process. Even swapping his day off to accommodate our only available short term collection date. Part of the appeal of purchasing a Lexus is the famous customer service and I can honestly say he is a credit to your team. We were made to feel as if we were buying an LC when in reality we were picking up our CT200h! \This is the way\ - I'm sure he'll understand this quote. P We travelled from Cardiff and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again when we are looking in the future. A positive mention for Dominic's manager, too, as he helped us to secure a great deal and also the young man who greeted us upon our arrival on Sunday was very polite and welcoming. The showroom was very well presented and a much larger establishment than expected. Our car was clean and ready waiting for us - could see it had received a good wax due to the beading! Highly recommended and hopefully a sign of things to come with Lexus ownership. Thank you.
