Found these fibers in my bowl tonight. Been excellent all other times. Highly disappointing. I have no idea how to reply, what details would you like me to add? I bought a veggie bowl and the fibers, from a sponge is my guess, we're in the sauce on a piece of tofu. I should have taken a picture before removing it from my bowl for clarity.

Clean and fresh food! Delicious combinations and quick. Their online menu is easy to navigate and they have full barriers between customers and the staff during the pandemic to minimize potential transmission.
Loved this place, unfortunately I found blue/green fibers in my food tonight.
