We had THE BEST experience with American Watercraft Rentals! They were so accommodating and easy to work with, I can’t wait to go back! Our Driver Carlos was so much fun! It was such a great day out on the lake and I will definitely be back! I Highly recommend!
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the speakers in our boat didn’t work which was very disappointing. We couldn’t listen to music. Luckily my friend had a tiny Bluetooth speaker with her, but it wasn’t made to be very loud so we still barely had music. I wish they would have told me before hand and I would have brought my speaker. I would have loved to have had a discount for that considering I paid full price. They also never sent me a reservation number like I was promised. I couldn’t get ahold of them the day of, so we just drove up to a random boat and asked if it was them. Luckily it was. Everything else went very smoothly. Desmond was the driver and he was amazing! He was very professional and easy going.
Called for a non rental question. Person on the phone didn't seem to understand anything I said. He was very rude and hung up on me for absolutely no reason. I called back 3 times and never got an answer. I hope they don't treat their customers like this.
Best place to rent a boat and jet ski for a great price. Awesome company for events with friends and friends! Boats were clean and staff was very attentive.
