Nice lemon sole and chips .l do not like chipper potatoes at any chippy . but that's the farms fault for growing that breed of potatoes for chippy .it not the chippy fault .X

Had a great meal today. We sat in and I had the steak pie and chips and my wife had the breaded haddock. Both meals were terrific. My pie was one of the best I've had with light pastry and lots of steak. The Covid measures were exemplary with distancing and screens between tables. The toilets were immaculate. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Takeaway Fish and chips were okay. Little disappointed. Lacking overall flavour. Decent size portion. Was hoping for better. Didn't get any cutlery with our takeout had to eat with our hands. Although perhaps we should have asked, but expected it in the bag. Will try the other restaurants in Seahouses next time.
It's been a while since I've been so I thought I'd call in. The chips aren't too bad, if a little dry and over cooked. Quite expensive too at 2.50 a bag. 3 stars as they're near the sea.
