Well organised coffee shop , covid safety measures are good, seating area outside and indoors are well spaced out overall very pleased with the service, staff very friendly and helpful, however toilets are upstairs and not good for wheelchair users and depending on how well you can manage stairs , other than that ok, parking on main road depends on finding a place. Otherwise parking across road in carparks. Enjoy

Upsetting experience I visited 20th September around 11am looking forward to a breakfast, a cold drink and perhaps a couple of coffees. Upon entering everything seemed fine, i didn't mind waiting in the queue of 2 customers waiting in front of me. However I was told I had to wear a face mask in the restaurant and as I didn't have one i felt the need to apologise and was then asked to leave. As i walked out (walk of shame as everyone was watching) I noticed people weren't wearing face coverings sat at tables nor where the 2 girls in front of me in the queue (parked a white mercedes outside) but as they were known to the waitress who approached me, they were okay! I went to the pub next door who were more than welcoming, I was more than happy to sit outside conscious of the fact I didn't want to offend anyone else due to the experience I received from Lewis's Coffee Shop. I suffer from bad asthma and although I'm not using this an excuse, maybe next time have some empathy to your customers instead of making assumptions and singling out your customers who are visiting the area.

If this is a latte I am Saint... The worst coffee I had in a long time (only Costas on motorways serve worse coffee)
