Bought my daughters first car here and have to say I was very impressed with this garage. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted a minor issue out under warranty with minimum of fuss. What a refreshing change - a dealer that actually cares about their customers - David and Tracey were warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for my mother in law - no pressure what so ever - having previously been in the motor trade for 34 years I have to say that the main dealers need to send their staff here for training on how to deal with customers and how to treat them - thank you so much and mom is over the moon - regards Peter Maybury
One star is too good for this dealer !!! I was sold a faulty vehicle by Lewis Solutions and they didn’t want to know afterwards ,they couldn’t careless as long as they had my money in their bank account.Car packed up 2 weeks after purchase with a gearbox fault and I had to pay 600 in repair bills to get it put right and then found out from the repair garage that it needs a further 3000 spending to repair other faults . This kind of service is absolutely disgusting from this dealer and just wish I hadn’t stepped foot in the place.
