Extremely rude. Do not care about customers who have had MAJOR surgery that are incompasitated wearing a brace on their left leg and CANNOT get to the pharmacy shop personally to collect prescriptions. When they do decide to deliver they go to wrong house.
God only help you if you're ill outside of office hours or during lunch....it's nearly 2020 for christ's sake.....
