Highly recommend going here for an oil change and tire rotation. I have been over spending at the dealership (Nissan) for years and getting less than desirable customer service. I came to IPS as a referral and they have been AWESOME! They are much faster and efficient than the dealer and the staff is very helpful! I highly recommend their service and will be sending my friends and family their way! They do much more than oil changes so check them out and I know you'll be satisfied.

The crew at IPS have been great with responding back to my emails quickly and getting me scheduled in! Their prices are good too, vs. taking it to BMW. Very happy to hear that they hired a BMW tech with some good experience! I'll be sure to come back to IPS whenever my 335i is up next on service.
5-Star Service Center! Great friendly customer service! Fast work with great detail in the service. Clean, comfortable, and spacious lobby/waiting room with plenty of auto mags and other means of keeping yourself entertained while you wait. They have earned my Recommendation and shall return in the future!
Took my '96 Mustang GT to them to have sub-frame connectors welded on, which included a minor uni-body repair. They got it done very quickly and looks like they did a good job. They are on the expensive side, but not outrageous for a speed shop. They seem to be pretty GM and import focused, but had a good attitude about working on my Ford, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The only reason I'm giving IPS 4 stars instead of 5 is because no one called after evaluating the car but before performing the work, as I had asked them to do; now, the work was done as discussed and the total was within their estimate, but had it not been, I would have been aggravated about the lack of a phone call.
IPS sports a team of extremely technically adept individuals specializing in the area of vehicle performance upgrades. I had some recent work on my BMW with various upgrades to the exhaust and engine management. Some very good recommendations by the IPS team on product recommendations and assuring everything worked well together. I don't know of any other performance oriented shop in the area with a dyno to showcase the actual performance results. Some good, down to earth people there!
