Unprofessional. Didn't keep us up to date with the sale. Found out after two weeks that the chain had broken and that was through the buyer's solicitor. Also, followed instructions to return documents as per the instructions but mail was rejected and then open at the post office. The document had all our personal details including bank detail, NI numbers etc. Had to change bank and file reports with action fraud as advised by the police. When we mentioned it to the solicitor, told us it was our fault and that my husband was stupid. I notice that they have left the instructions on the letterhead as it was when my husband followed them, so took no notice. Their lack of professionalism has cost us a lot of money, time and effort.
