Had lunch their with my mum and Aunt - food was tasty but their tea Dogs are welcome and you can sit with them in a section of the restaurant. They have all the Christmas things out now so it all looks very pretty.

We were surprised & disappointed that our local centre, bearing in mind we're in Covid restrictions (and we're in the vulnerable category), would not accept credit card payment over the phone for a Xmas tree, particularly as their online shopping site (Garden online. com) incorrectly stated real Xmas trees were not in stock almost everywhere listed (where you could have actioned a payment on purchase). The staff were lovely and in the end agreed for us to leave cash in an envelope in the boot for them to collect when placing tree in the boot. We had contacted Garden online.com previous week online, but had no response so had to work out our own solution. It was all a bit of a hassle.
Reasonably priced, spacious, friendly and helpful staff. A relaxing experience. Going to be a regular there
These garden centres make a fantastic stop for coffee and cake. They're also probably really good if you have a garden and a need for plants but otherwise there's no reason to visit. They look soooo boring and in need of some sort of serious makeover or reinvention. It's nice enough but nothing to get excited about.
Visited today for afternoon tea. It was amazing and will definitely be returning. The staff were all lovely especially Heather who couldn't do enough to make our visit enjoyable.
