There is no email address to report or complain about something that is not on your chosen list of items. Even your staff working from home could be helpful in dealing with emails from people needing an answer

Major issues with emails bouncing back! Telephone service none existent. No doubt be quick to issue fines and debt collection letters though!

Recycling bin not collected. Reported online but not confident anything will happen. No human contact to speak to.

Have had to make official complaints to get recycling bin collected & to recieve an answer from housing officer. Disgusting service

It is almost impossible to contact Lewes District council by phone or email. It is not worth phoning the number on google because you will be put on hold for 10 mins then returned to the automatic switchboard. The email offered for waste services on the website bounces. The online enquiry form takes 10 days for a response. Online chat is closed.Really frustrating .
