I have been using Kingfisher for many years now having bought 4 vehicles from them during this time and despite being 2 counties away in Hampshire I make the journey back to them when it comes to servicing and mot time. Their knowledge and attention to detail puts main dealers to shame as you are treated as not only an individual but as a friend. I look forward to visiting them. The first car I bought from them I actually changed my mind on after a few months but they could not have been more helpful ensuring they helped me find an alternative vehicle without causing me to be out of pocket, leaving me very happy indeed. Booking in for a service is a doddle on their website and for a small family run garage they are even able to lend me a courtesy car if needed. Considering their great value pricing they go above and beyond any customer service I've ever received at premium brand main dealerships. Many thanks to all at Kingfisher!

I have used my daughters phone to verify my identity. Like the previous contributors I was a particular fan of Kingfisher motors. That is until very recently. Inspite of buying 3 cars from them, and spending considerable amounts on repairs and servicing, I have been completely disregarded when trying to arrange repairs to my Lexus one of those vehicles purchased from Kingfisher. Having been promised a loan car, which suffered damage and was delayed by almost a month, and having been told by Alex of Kingfisher that I was first in line for its use, it now appears there are other customers more important and my requirements would ( again ) have to wait. I mistakenly thought my relationship with Kingfisher was valued. Clearly this is not the case. To say I am upset, disappointed and a little hurt would just about cover it. Customer communication has been severely impaired by the current phone operative who appears adept at obfuscation. More interested in supplying reasons why my concerns cannot be addressed, than providing solutions. Goodbye Kingfisher.

So it’s that time of year again with my car requiring not only a service and MOT but also some routine maintenance ready for the winter. My current car was originally sourced by the amazing team at KMC and what an amazing and personal experience this was nearly 2 years ago. I have to date bought 2 cars from KMC over the last 5 years. I am a keen car enthusiast and as such I am very particular with where I take my cars for reliable and quality car maintenance (KMC is an 86 mile round trip for me). I can only describe my previous experiences as faultless and my most recent visit was no exception. Alex and Sharon show a genuine passion for service and customer care both pre and post work/sales, which has lead me to not only become a loyal returning customer but also be able to confidently refer family and friends to them. The knowledge Alex displays around his field of work is unparalleled and puts you at ease when handing over the keys to your pride and joy. The waiting area has always been clean and tidy with all staff warm and welcoming. Being able to work undistracted in a dedicated customer work station whilst awaiting my car to be ready has also been great- Another huge benefit many other garages simply do not or aren’t able to offer. I use to dread having to find a garage to complete work on my cars that was until I found Kingfisher Motor Company. Look no further than KMC if you are after a trustworthy, reliable, knowledgable and main dealer beating service experience leaving a lasting impression. Had 2 tyres that I bought from blackcircles online. Fitted here today. Amazing staff. The best experience I had in the UK in 20 years I have been here. Pro workers. And waiting area is nicely clean. Been asked for a tea or coffee straight away from 1 of the lovely ladys there. Just perfect overall.
