Bronwen is a brilliant coach. She kept me motivated by keeping track of my daily food intake and exercise routine. I did 10 zoom sessions with her which were fun and rewarding. I lost 10kg and maintained an healthy weight and lifestyle throughout the lockdowns! I couldn't thank Bronwen enough. I highly recommend her.

I love Bootcamp, exercising outdoors is so invigorating. Bronwen makes adjustments for fitness levels and injuries so the activities work for everyone. Flexible payment options depending on how much you want to commit to regular sessions. Very friendly bunch, enjoy the time and feel like I work hard.
Bronwen is patient and understanding and adapts exercises to help you whilst expecting concentration and effort. The group is encouraging and fun and , supports a range of fitness levels effectively.
