Nice food as usual. Service top marks considering all the policy and procedures the staff have to keep on top of. Can't fault Level .. didn't take snaps cos my phone is rubbish (which also meant I couldn't access the QR code menu) Cheers to the team. We had a nice night

Nice food value for money. We visit here quite regularly. And I have been impressed with the food, drink and service every time. So I thought it deserved the extra . As you can see by the pics the food is presented really nicely. And is delicious. The portions are big and we all struggled eating our mains. Eyes bigger than our bellies. The cocktails are great too...
We had booked a table for 18.30, the starters didn't arrived until 19.30, waiters were obviously avoiding us due to the wait in food. The mains took a further hour after the starters were cleared, arriving at 20.50. My plate was a burger which was dry and most people on the table couldn't finish the food due to the long wait. We also on numerous occasions saw our drinks waiting on the bar and wasn't brought over. We also saw other tables arrive after us and having their meals before us. One server was really nice at the end of the meal but that was the only positive to the evening. And no compensation was given.
Great place, friendly staff, good service and excellent food, the lunchtime deal is amazing value. Will definitely be back.
Ordered level take away, placed order to collect arrived early so had to wait 5 minutes or so until it was ready........ fair enough, got home ( 5 min drive) to find stone cold food, chips was scabby, had to reheat it all in the oven! When you pay over the odds for pizza and chips you at least expect it to be hot and fresh. Didn’t phone up to complain because I didn’t want to waste more of my time.
