Very poor communication! I am so unhappy with their service! It has been almost 3 weeks and they refuse giving me instructions for damage costs reimbursement! No wonder why the repair garage did not want to deal with them directly!
Horrible service , they believe everyone exept their clients. Firat and last year with you.
Stay away from this company, especially if you have a no claim discount in a EU country other than the Netherlands. One star review is still too much for them! Even after they requested and I provided my 8 year no claim discount proof from my previous insurer, they reset it to 0 and increased the premium more than double as a result without any prior communication or explanation. There is no way to contact them, no phone number and they didn't initially answer my emails. One way communication with automated emails only! Only started to respond to emails when I cancelled the policy and the direct debit. On the positive note, my new insurer checked and recognized my no claim discount within 24 hours.
The worst insurance ever from 61 euro to 150 without asking anything trying 2 weeks to get rid of this there's no telephone number it's incredible disgusting
