Van Arbor builds a great home. This is our second custom build with them and it's never a disappointment. The team at Van Arbor is easy to work with and very accommodating. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend them to everyone if they want to build their dream home.

We have loved every minute working with Van Arbor. Amazing people, amazing quality. They worked with our budget and still found a way to provide us with a house that exceeds expectations. No request we made was turned down, even when it took a little thinking outside the box to accomplish it. I couldn't imagine ever receiving the personal attention and care from any other builder. Thanks again, we will continue to sing your praises to anyone who will listen lol.

If I could give no stars I would. We were looking to relocate to Lethbridge, contacted Val and didn’t even get to looking at houses before we changed our minds about using Van Arbor because of the horrendous customer service from Val (one of the owners) I had contacted Val initially about building an in fill, while at first she responded right away it seemed as though as soon as she heard our budget (which wasn’t huge but also want insignificant either) she couldn’t be bothered to return my emails. There were two vacant lots we asked her to look into several times, after not hearing from her again we found out the information on these lots on our own. It would take me emailing her 3-4 times before I would get a response. We had then changed our minds about an infill and began looking at newer houses. Even after the poor service from Val There was a lot owned by Van Arbor that we were interested in, so I contacted her again about this lot. That was about 6 weeks ago and still haven’t heard a word. Sorry we apparently didn’t have enough money to spend to make Val’s time worth it. Would not recommend building a home with Van Arbor. Very disappointed.

Van Arbor Homes will now be the only home builder I will buy from & would recommend to anyone buying or building a home. The entire process, from the obvious & striking building quality of the homes, to the service! Was not expecting to have such a positive and memorable experience. It is very clear that these people take pride in what they do, as they should. To be honest, I'm not sure what is better, their homes or the genuine service from Mike and Val. Truly exceptional.

We're coming to the end of our build with Van Arbor, and we are so happy with how everything has turned out so far. Mike and Val spent all the time we needed to make sure our home was exactly the way we wanted it to be. Adam has been great to work with, and made sure that everything we wanted was done correctly. The trades take pride in their work, and deliver a great product. We are so happy with our new home, and can't wait to move in!
