Changed shingles and on the house and garage. Brock at Top House stood out from his competitors right from the first call. He is super quick to respond to every call and email, very knowledgeable in his field, and flexible to address any concerns or requests I made as we came to terms for the job - a true professional. He was also very quick to respond to questions before and the job (often literally within minutes!) During the estimate, before I had even met the other competitors to get an estimate, he even patched a couple of spots on the roof at no cost. His estimates were as good or better than his competitors and he included essential parts of the work that others neglected. For the job, his crew was thorough, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I always had confidence that the job would be done well. I called Top House based on their reviews. I am a very particular customer and I can assure you that the many positive reviews are all true.I have no complaints and would definitely hire him again anytime.

Brock and his roofing specialists replaced our roof today with high quality materials and workmanship, leaving the perimeter of house cleaner than they found it.
