Under the COVID pandemic they seemed to have everything under control. They were helping people in the line up as fast as they could. They lose a star cause Telus doesn't really care about their long time customers they only flash cool things to new customers. They need to do more for long time customers cause we have lots of competition to look at better options.

Took way longer than it should've setting up a new sim on an international phone. Staff Cailin generally unprofessional and uncaring. Processed a payment for a prepaid account, and then told me after that I couldn't transfer over an existing number which I explicitly stated was my reason for coming to the store, only to then go back on this later. A shambles, wouldn't recommend.
Heaven forbid you do your customers the favour of updating your hours in Google. How many months ago did you change your hours? Minus 25 weather I trekked to a store that google says is open. Keep wasting the little guys time, as long as Telus gets richer
All staff and members of the team are very helpful and have a very positive attitude no matter what you go for. Always helpful and very up-to-date on the new features of phones models and any of the services that they offer. Very descriptive very laid out and very clear with what is expected on each end.
Shout out to the helpful, smart, good looking, knowledgeable and hard working staff at telus. I entered with one plan and left with another plan feeling much better and more confident. A truly great experience!
Terrible customer service. My girlfriend and I were shopping around for new phone plans and went to check out what Telus had to offer. the employee we talked with didn't let us in the store and really didn't seem too interested in landing us as new clients. We asked for some sort of brochure or pricing guide and he said he didn't have one. We then asked him to write down some information for us and he said he didn't have any paper. We had to give him a paper we'd received from a different cellphone company so he could write on the back. We will not be going back and will advise everyone we know to stay away.
Got the iPhone SE 2020 didn’t like it at all from them. Had it for less than 2 days returned it back to them and they helped me get the iPhone 11 Pro which is 100 times better! The staff are very friendly and helpful Thanks again
I have been buying my phones at this location since the store was AWC. It has always been excellent until today. The person who I talked to was condescending and quite rude. My plan is old and I expected a bit of an increase but I didn't expect it to double! This person was not helpful at all and portrayed a take it or leave it attitude! He was the one seated next to the storeroom and it was about 11:30. I don't know if I will ever go back.
