The manager at this store is amazing. Very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store could use a larger stock of tv seasons however.

I absolutely enjoy this store although it is a bit cramped, the staff is worth their weight in gold. My only problem lies with ordering in items, they get you to pay for them once you come in to pick them up which is nice because it can take quite some time for them to arrive. However there's been a lot of times that me or my spouse has placed orders, and nothing ever came through, no call no nothin'. So we've basically been continually ordering the same items hoping that one day they'll turn up as everytime we inquire we're told that they're available. Possibly an online inventory issue?

I really hope they can start ordering more K-Pop artists. I've only seen BTS, BlackPink and Monsta X around and wish I can buy Local instead of purchasing from the states and paying 30 in shipping.

Awsome music store, and the cheapest place in the mall to find band t-shirts.(believe me I've checked every other place in that mall for band t's and they cost a arm and a leg) especially when they have thier excellent sales on. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Most of of the staff pretty much know me as soon as i walk in anyway,and it's always been a pleasant shopping experience. You guys Rock.keep up the good work.

My first time at Sunrise Records. I was shopping for a Christmas gift and called in prior to picking up my item. Staff was very helpful and she put the cd I was wanting aside for me. I picked it up 15 minutes later and my Christmas shopping was done. The service deserves a 5 rating but I gave a four because it was my first visit.

Good record shop with assortment of music and pop-culture related merchandise. Okay selection of music. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and will do their best to get what you are looking for. Always a nice stop while at Park Place mall in Downtown Lethbridge.
