My remote starter suddenly quit working & it wasn't the batteries in the key fob so I gave Bob a call to see if he had time to check it out for me. He asked me to describe what it was actually doing & he knew instantly what the issue was & instructed me how to reset it over the phone. Great customer service! I would recommend anyone looking for a guy with great knowledge about remote starters to go see him
