I was searching for some office supplies and having no luck. I asked an older gentleman, I believe his name was Claude, for help. He helped me right away and was kind and funny, we had a great exchange and then he told me that I made his day. He made my day as well, he was kind and made sure that I was going to find what I needed. Made for a great start to the morning! Top notch customer service! Thank you Claude!
Always have a good experience at this location. The staff are extremely helpful. Was in search for the right portable speaker and had exceptional help from Desmond picking out the right one. Keep up the good work.
I had a really bad experience with this store. I had bought 2 Amazon Fire tablets, which were about 70 dollars a piece. One of the tablets would not charge so I brought it back the next day. I was directed to the manager, David who came out and told me the charging port was damaged so they would not allow the return. I then asked if he was accusing me of the damage, to which he replied yes. I explained that we had only had it overnight and would not charge right from the beginning ,and we had not caused the damage. Again he was adamant that I had caused the damage. At this point I asked if he was calling me a liar, to which he replied yes. Very unprofessional conduct, I will not shop there again. The 70 was not the issue, the conduct of the manager was.
This please have almost everything what you need for your office and more.. stuff is really helpful and knowledgeable and more than happy to help you in various situations. I often stop over here for one thing and exit with10 more stuff on clearance. All together if you buy huge amount of product it's kind of messy to pay at register table is too small to divide scanned items from non scanned

So easy to shop at our Lethbridge Staples. Everything is displayed well. Staff is always helpful. I have especially really appreciated the staff in the copy center. In, found my much needed items, paid for and out I went. Slick!
Went to pick up an order, they had me in and out in no time and we're professional and friendly. Also staples is one of the fastest shippers in Alberta if you order online. Just an FYI. Keep up the good work.
