Fantastic service and products!! I have been going to Smiths for years now. First went in there for a new phono cartridge. Even for a cheap cartridge they setup my turntable for me free of charge. That was the beginning of my obsession. Since then I have been back for everything from speakers to used vinyl. Always felt well taken care of and have been given some excellent advice on audio in general. Recently I purchased set of speakers that I have never heard before call DALI. From all my previous experiences talking with these guys and listening to their product I was confident on their recommendation. As we know speakers will sound different depending on the room, listening preferences, equipment etc. After considering my budget, current setup and what I enjoy listening to I ended up with a set of Dali Oberon 7 speakers. They even came down on the price to get me into something I would be happy with and not break the bank. I couldn't be happier with the sound!!!! These guys nailed it on expiations and price! I know this isn't a speaker review but DAMN those Dali speakers sound good! If you really love audio and want to take a listen to something you cant find in a box store go to Smiths. Those guys know their stuff!

Called in today to ask for advice on a new receiver . Got some fantastic impartial help. The owner took the time to show me everything. Nothing purchased today , however I am sure I will be back,I left with a feeling that he is a genuine guy who knows what he is talking about .
The owner is a very informative person on the gear. Went in to see what was in there. He gave me a tour and a listing session on the high end audiophile gear there. Top notch store top notch owner.
Picked up a pair of Dali Opticon 5s. They are the centre piece of our living room.
Such a cook store! I went in to look at speakers and headphones, only to find out they also sell art! I left with a bunch of art supplies! The owner is very nice and easy to talk to! Will be going back for sure!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! These guys know vintage electronics and modern! I've never bothered writing a review online before but it was a must for this shop. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. The staff are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. Long story short, I needed some help finding a replacement cartridge for an old turntable and had been struggling online trying to figure it. Not only did the staff know exactly what cartridge I needed but they also painstakingly modified the old headshell on their own time to get the exact fit. When I picked it up they smiled and didn't even charge me for all of the extra work they put in. These guys also know a lot about repairing and replacing vintage electronics for all you audiophiles. GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS!! You won't be disappointed.
After a long and difficult search for a specific product, I phoned Smith's. They answered on the first ring, were polite and did the best they could to help me out. Even though they did not have what I was looking for they were very helpful and in the end I found what I needed based on their advice. Outstanding service. Smith's just gained a new future customer
