My niece, a single mother had money taken out of her account by the bank. They cannot explain where it went and are refusing to give it back to her! Lo and behold, in a facebook discussion SO MANY people have shared the same and additional concerns! Do they treat those with lots of money better than poor people?

Took over 40 days and almost 6 hours of my time to change from one credit card to another. Ridiculous.
Wouldn't deposit my bimonthly cheque and insisted that I go to my home branch on the North Side even though I've deposited this cheque at this location for the past 3 months.
Amazing customer service, has been an excellent branch to bank with.
Would not cash a cheque that came from their bank
