Probably won’t shop here again. The selection was great and the service I got was fine. However, there was a young employee there working hard. One of the old guys there had an interaction that was degrading and even began publicly and loudly speaking poorly of this kid to customers. All over a clipboard that apparently he leant the kid the day before. Just because he’s a kid doesn’t mean you get to degrade him. He was doing his job well and very helpful.

What a great shop! The owner said he's been there 67 years! I prefer to shop in an independent store and this is that place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in looking for a winter hat with the fold down flaps over the ears. They had a huge selection! Looking around the store they had many many items to outfit a worker. I had a nice conversation with the owner. Prices are comparable with the chain stores. I would recommend coming here first!

The selection here is great and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They even managed to guess my size on the first try. I found what I was looking for, and saved money as opposed to ordering online. Definitely a local store that I'll be regularly supporting from now on

Best clothing store in Lethbridge hands down. An excellent selection of quality new and vintage attire for work, casual, and formal wear as well as a great number of footwear choices. I love that many of their products are Made In Canada and that prices are more than fair at Progress Clothing. I think they've been around for something like 60 years and I hope they're here for at least 60 more!
